Chilli veg momo soup with veggies

Ingredients
1-Tsp corn flour
2tsp tomato ketchup
2-3 tamatar bareek kata
1badi puaz chakor kati hui
1tsp Adrak lehsun paste.
Lehsun ki 4 kaliya
1/2cup hara pyaj
1/2 cup bpiled corn
1/2 cup broccoli boiled
1/2 cup shimla mirch bareek kati hui
1/2 tsp hara dhaniya for garnishing
Oil
2tsp dark soya sauce
1tsp green chilli sauce
1/2tsp kali mirchi
 
Steps for soup
1- ek kadai me oil garam karen
2- usme bareek kata lehsun bhune. Fir usme adrak lehsun paste daalkr milaaye.
3- ab ek ek karke pyaz, shimla mirch corn, or tamatar daalkr bhuney.
4- ab side me ek katori me soy sauce,green chilli sauce, ketchup namak aur kali mirchi milakr paste tayar krle. Ab ess paste ko kadai me sabjiyo me mila le.
5-upar se 2 cup paani milaaye.
6- ab esme boiled brocolli milaaye.
7- corn flour aur pani ki slurry bnakr milaaye taaki soup gada ho jaaye.
8- ab esme steamed momos daalkr ek bowl me serve kre.
Yaha mene dhaniya patti, fresh lehsun patti aur spring onion se sjaaya hai jo mene apne ghar me ugaya hai.
Momos recipe-
For stuffing-
1/2kg cabbage bareek ghisa hua
1 cup gajar ghisa hua
1/2 cup shimla mirch bareek kata
1tsp adrak lehsun paste
Namak
1/2 tsp kali mirch
1tsp Soy sauce
1tsp chilli sauce

Steps for momo filling
1- ek kadai me oil garam krke usme adrak lehsun paste milaye.
2- ab usme cabbage, carrots, shimla mirchi, namak aur kali mirch daalkr pakaye.
3- esme soy sauce aur chilli sauce daalkr pakaye.
4- ache se bhun le taaki esme paani na rehjaye aur ye sookh jaaye.
Please note
1- ye stuffing dry honi chahiye. Agr pani raha to momos steam hote time fatt sakte hai.

Momo aatta
3 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup corn flour
2tsp oil
Pinch of namak
2-3 spoon milk
Paani

Recipe-
1- atta aur cornflor me oil namak aur doodh aur paani milakr aata goonth le aur 30min ko dhak kr chod de.
2- ab idli make k bartan me paani garam hone rakh de.
3- aate ki choti roti bel le aur esme stuffing bhar kr momos ki shape de aur steam krle.
4- steam me lagbhag 15 mins lagte hai 16 momos ek idli maker me banate waqt
