Ramadan 2020: Foods For Sehri That Will Keep You Going Through The Day
- Sehri is a meal consumed early in the morning
- A healthy sehri ensures a hydrated and nourished body
- Well balanced diet is a must in Ramzan
What to do for Ramzan 2020 -
Sehri should not be skipped as this is a meal for the begging of a day. Which should be balanced, well hyderated and nutritious. So, Here are few notes, one should kept in mind in Ramzan.
1) Well Hyderated- keeping yourself well hyderated will boost your energy level and prepares your body to fight with antibodies.
2) No to Caffine- Tea or Coffee creates dehyderation. So we must skip coffee or tea specially in Ramzan.
3) Fruits can be a better option to stay healthy and full of energy. Keel at least 1/4th portion of fruits in your sehri. It will promote better hyderation.
4) Dairy Product can be included for protein. Chicken, Eggs, curd, milk etc are very good sources of energy and protein.
So sehri must be full of healthy foods and Drinks to stay full of energy whole day.
