Full of nutritions, Suji-Palak Coins
Healthy Snack doesn't mean only for your tongue taste and craving satisfaction, its about our health and its nutrition values.
One can easily replace those unhealthy/regular tea time snack with Healthy, less oily and nutritious Snacks.
Say Yes to my Beautiful Creation With Suji And Spinach/palak. Which is very healthy, spinach has lots of nutritions, iron rich and we should involve spinach in our diet at least 2 times in a week.
Semolina/rava/suji is a hard part from WholeWheat Grain. Which is very healthy, easy to digest, absorbs less oil and keeps you full for long.
By including these two ingredients you can rock with a healthy Tea Time Snack.
Here i am going to tell you the beautiful Recipe which is quite unique, healthy and easy to make with only 2 ingredients.
Ingredients
1 cup Rava/Semolina
1 cup Water
4 Tbsp Spinach/Palak puree
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
Oil for frying
So thats it for the ingredients.. Surprise??
Lets make the recipe
METHOD-
1) Heat 2tsp Oil in a pan, add ginger garlic Paste. Avoid garlic if you don't eat.
Saute for a minute
2) Now Add Palak Puree which i made at home(Just Boil Spinach/palak and blend to a smooth paste with less water in grinding)
Saute spinach puree until Water evaporated. (2mins)
3)Now Add 1 cup Of Water and mix with Palak Puree and break all the lumps.
4) On Medium Flame, Now Add Rava/suji/semolina gradually and mix.
5) in just 2-3mins it will be like a dough. Turn off the gas and put the dough in a bowl to get on room temperature.
6) After 4-5mins, the dough is ready and it should be little warm to make coins.
7) Make small balls of it and dab into a bowl of White Sesame.
8) Now Shallow Fry all the coins for 2mins both sides until little brown.
9) Serve with tea/coffee anything.
A very healthy Nutritious Recipe Is Ready.
