Which should be balanced, well hyderated and nutritious. So, Here are few notes, one should kept in mind in Ramzan. 1) Well Hyderated- keeping yourself well hyderated will boost your energy level and prepares your body to fight with antibodies. 2) No to Caffine- Tea or Coffee creates dehyderation.
